Photo of a stage set at an evening event, with a seated figure in the centre on a gilded red throne before a large pink lotus backdrop, a crescent moon and a golden trident. The seated figure wears a rust-orange robe, hands pressed together in anjali. In front, devotees sit on the floor: a woman in rust-orange with a saffron shawl playing a small instrument on the left, several men in white kurtas kneeling with folded hands, and a woman in a blue sari near a tall golden multi-tier lamp of many lit oil lamps on the right. A painted city skyline with domed buildings forms the backdrop. The seated figure matches the page's description of a person only by seating and robe colour, so the identity is uncertain. Visible people: about ten.2014-05-21A seated figure in rust-orange robes and a rudraksha mala sits smiling on an ornate golden throne with a large pink lotus backdrop and a painted trident in the upper right. A bare-headed attendant in saffron wrap on the left holds a tiered brass aarti lamp stand lit with oil lamps. Around the throne, several women in white and red-bordered saris, one in a green shawl, and a man in white kneel and sit, some holding small brass lamps and plates. Brass oil lamps are set on a blue floor in the foreground. A large trident and a cityscape painting complete the setting, consistent with an aarti or puja ceremony.2014-05-21A photograph of a ceremonial reception on a stage with a large golden throne backed by pink lotus petals and a golden crescent. A seated figure in a rust-red robe and matching red turban sits on the throne, wearing a white and orange flower garland, with bare feet resting on a pink flower offering. Standing to the left, several people in saffron-orange shawls and white dhotis bow or stand, one bending low with hands together; one holds a bunch of marigold garlands. On the right, a bare-chested attendant in a rust cloth holds a ceremonial trident and a brass tray. Dark blue draped tent fabric forms the backdrop. A possible identity cue for the seated figure is the red turban and ceremonial garlands, but the face is not clearly visible enough to confirm the candidate.2014-05-21October 18 20102010-10-18 +1 copiesOctober 23 20152015-10-23May 21 20142014-05-21A seated woman with long dark hair wears a red and black garment with a red shawl, sitting on an ornate gold throne with a red cushion. Behind her stands a golden arched shrine holding deity murtis draped in garlands of yellow and white flowers. Around the throne, seated devotees in white dhotis and white clothes wear red and orange shawls and hold brass plates and offerings; one person holds a flower-filled plate. Flower arrangements of yellow and purple blooms sit at the left, and a brass kalasha stands nearby. The scene appears to be a paada pooja or darshan setting.2014-12-30A seated figure in saffron-orange robes sits on an ornate gold throne with palms pressed together in namaste before a large pink lotus backdrop painted with Varanasi ghats and a trident leaning beside the throne. In the foreground, a shaved-headed man in an orange shawl holds a multi-tiered brass aarti lamp lit with many flames, while people in white kurtas and sarees with red borders kneel and offer prayers, one woman extending her hands toward the lamp. The seated figure is described only by role; appearance cues include saffron robes, a rudraksha-style necklace and a throne setting, but identity is uncertain.2014-05-21A satsang-style puja scene in a room with red draped fabric and a gold-framed red throne. A man with long dark hair, a white forehead mark, saffron cloth and a rudraksha mala sits on the throne with bare feet resting on a gold tray. Around him, devotees kneel and sit with palms pressed together; a woman in a red-and-white outfit and a woman in a red-and-pink salwar kameez sing into microphones. Gold thali trays holding offerings of apples, flowers and small dishes sit in front of the throne. A man in white with grey hair and a rudraksha mala folds his hands at right, and a woman in white with a mala kneels at left. A gold kalasha and a deity figure stand behind the throne, with a candle stand and a silver lamp nearby. The seated central figure shows probable Swamiji cues: long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and a rudraksha mala, seated on the throne receiving puja.2012-09-07A photo of a group ritual in a red-draped hall with a golden throne. A seated figure on the gilded throne wears an orange turban and saffron robes with a golden necklace; the figure's appearance is consistent with a person (in_person cues: orange turban, saffron robes, ceremonial gold necklace), though the face is too small to confirm. Around him, roughly two dozen seated devotees in white and red clothing hold lit oil lamps (diyas) in a puja setting; some wear red shawls and lanyards. A tall brass oil lamp stands at left and a camera on a tripod is visible behind. A bald man in white and orange garments kneels at lower center and another in white with an orange shawl sits at right. The scene reads as a lamp-lit satsang or puja gathering.2015-10-26July 17 20152015-07-17December 22 20162016-12-22
