Outdoors on a red-earth site with green scrubby hills behind, three men in saffron-orange shawls stand together. The central man, with long dark hair and a vertical tilak on his forehead, lowers his eyes while another man on the left raises an arm holding a red-brown cord overhead. A third figure in the right foreground has a shaved head and wears a saffron shawl over white clothing, his back turned to the camera. The mood suggests a ceremonial or supervisory moment at a construction or land-measurement site.2008-04-06April 06 20082008-04-06Outdoors on grass among tall palm trunks and green foliage, a man in a saffron-orange wrap with a shawl draped over one shoulder stands barefoot-looking in orange sandals, eyes lowered, hands together in front of him. To the left, a man in white kurta and white trousers holds a folded orange umbrella and wears a rudraksha mala and a red bindi. At the right edge, a bearded man in orange robes with a rudraksha mala and eyeglasses stands partly cropped. The figure in the centre has long swept-back hair and wears a rudraksha mala with ornate clothing, but the appearance is not conclusive enough to establish identity from these cues alone.2009-11-30April 02 20122012-04-02November 10 20112011-11-10A photograph of an outdoor walk on grassy ground with young palm and leafy trees behind. In the centre a man with short dark hair wears a loose saffron-orange sleeveless wrap and orange lower garment, his right hand resting on his chest. Behind him to the right, two more people in saffron-orange robes walk, one with long dark hair and one holding an orange umbrella. On the left a person in white clothing walks barefoot past concrete posts. Several people are visible, all in orange or white.2009-11-23April 27 20122012-04-27Outdoor flagpole hoisting ceremony at an ashram under green trees. A central man in an orange turban and orange robes, wearing a white and magenta flower garland, pulls a rope to raise an orange flag up a white pole. A multicolored fringed umbrella is held above him. Two men in orange robes stand to the left and right, and a crowd of devotees in white dhotis and white clothing stands behind, several with hands folded. Petals and flower offerings lie on a ring of bricks at the pole's base. The central figure's identity is not established by visible cues here, so no identification is made.2008-07-27A photograph of an open grassy field with scrubby trees and a wire fence behind it. A long-haired figure in a saffron-orange garment and gold-edged shawl stands in the foreground holding a metal trident-tipped staff, facing left. Beside them an older man with white hair wears white ritual clothes and a bangle, and at the right edge a partly visible man in white clothes and sandals stands with his arms folded. The scene suggests a site inspection on bare land, with the person in saffron carrying a trident. The long-haired figure in saffron with a trident is a probable match for the Swamiji depiction, based on hair, saffron clothing and trident cues.2008-04-01A photograph of a grassy path through a rural landscape with mango trees and flowering shrubs under an overcast sky. In the foreground, a bald man in white ritual dhoti and kurta wears an orange shawl and a rudraksha mala, walking with his head bowed. Behind him, a figure in an orange robe holds an orange umbrella and a walking staff, followed by a second person in white with an orange shawl. Another figure stands partly visible at the right edge.2007-08-11Outdoor photo on a dusty site with a tree canopy and stacked red bricks behind. A man with long swept-back dark hair and a red bindi, wearing a loose orange saffron wrap over orange clothing, walks forward with his hands folded in front. Beside and behind him, a second man in orange with a red tilak, a rudraksha mala and an orange shawl with a dark border walks past a corrugated metal sheet fence. A partially visible person in orange stands at the left edge. The first figure is a person by appearance cues: long swept-back hair, saffron ornate clothing and a visible red mark, though this is only an appearance-based label.2010-02-04A photograph of a barefoot procession walking along a dirt path lined with a rope-and-stick fence toward a golden arched gateway framing a black ganesha murti. In front, a man with long swept-back dark hair wears an orange-saffron dhoti-style cloth, multiple strands of rudraksha beads across his chest and gold bangles, and a green parrot perches on his shoulder. Beside him, a bald man in a red-orange cloth with a gold border and a gold-beaded necklace carries a small orange object. Behind them, shaven-headed men in white dhotis with white forehead markings follow, and a woman in a white sari with gold border holding a garland stands at the left. Trees and foliage fill the background.2011-05-17
