A brown rocky hill stands behind the temple under a pale blue sky. Crowds of devotees, mostly in white shirts and dhotis, saris and loose clothing, fill the open courtyard in front of colonnaded halls hung with yellow-green garlands; a golden kalasha-topped pillar stands among them. In the foreground a woman in a red blouse and patterned sari, with red flowers in her hair, walks near the crowd.
