A man in a white dhoti and kurta with a rudraksha mala and tilak leans in beside them. Behind them stand a woman in a dark green sari, another man in white and a man in a white kurta. Red curtains, a carved stone pillar and a framed deity picture are visible, with scattered flower petals on a red carpet. The seated figure's distinctive long hair, orange garments and rudraksha-style adornments are consistent with a person presence; the visible cues are limited, so identity is uncertain.2016-10-30A photograph of a ceremonial reception indoors on a red carpet beside a carved stone pillar. A seated man on the left, shown from behind with a long white and orange flower garland, bare upper body and a gold armlet, receives visitors. Standing on the right, a man in an off-white kurta with a rudraksha mala and glasses presses his palms together in a respectful greeting. A woman in a dark sari and a woman in a brown sari stand behind, and a woman in white sits to the right in the background. A woman in a dark green sari holds a folded white paper while kneeling near a fruit offering. Fruit and flowers lie on a tray at the bottom, and a fan and red curtains are visible behind.2016-10-30 +1 copiesA photograph of a ceremonial reception in an indoor hall with maroon curtains. A man in a cream-coloured turban with a jewelled ornament and a white dhoti with a gold border wears rudraksha-style red beaded bracelets and a long beaded necklace; he is receiving a garland of white flowers and orange blossoms from a man in a striped shirt at left. A younger man in a saffron/orange robe stands at right, and several onlookers in white shirts and dhotis stand in the background. The turbaned man in white and gold is a candidate for a person on appearance (probable), based on his ornate turban, jewelled adornment and beaded necklaces, but the image is not clear enough to confirm identity.2012-04-09A photograph from a stage event shows a bearded man in a white turban, white dress and gold-bordered cloth, seated on a white cushioned seat, lifting a long rudraksha mala over the head of a kneeling man in a white shirt and white dhoti with hands folded in namaste. A person in a white shirt and white dhoti stands on the left, holding the mala, and a man in a white shirt stands at right. Behind, a man in orange robes sits on a red-carpeted dais, and a cameraman with a tripod works near the stage. Bystanders in white clothes stand under a yellow canopy, and red flower petals cover the carpet. The seated bearded man is a probable match for Swamiji by appearance cues: a white turban, long hair and a rudraksha mala with a gold ceremonial pendant. He is shown bestowing the mala on a devotee.2005-12-09June 27 20142014-06-27
