February 16 20072007-02-16A seated man in saffron-orange robes with a gold-bordered shawl, long swept-back dark hair, a gold beaded necklace and white vibhuti marks on his forehead performs a ritual gesture with his right hand, seated on a tiger-skin-draped seat before a low white platform. Brass vessels, a silver lamp stand with a lit oil lamp and red flower petals are arranged in front. Around him, devotees in orange and white sit and stand, a trident is visible at upper right, and a pedestal fan stands at left. The setting is a plain concrete-block hall at night.2007-02-16Photograph of a seated assembly at an indoor gathering. A long-haired man in an orange saffron shawl and a multicoloured floral garland sits forward before a microphone on a stand, his hands clasped low. Around him devotees sit in rows with hands pressed together in namaskar; several women wear white sarees with coloured borders and gold bangles, and a man in white shirt and rudraksha mala sits to the right. Plain white walls and windows form the background. Visible people number roughly two dozen.2007-02-24May 24 20062006-05-24 +1 copiesFebruary 24 20072007-02-24February 24 20072007-02-24October 12 20062006-10-12February 16 20072007-02-16A photograph of a seated man in saffron-orange robes with long swept-back hair, a red-and-white flower garland with green leaves, and a rudraksha mala, sitting cross-legged on a low wooden platform with hands in lap and eyes closed. A wooden staff leans beside him and a brass vessel sits on a green leaf. Behind him, several men in white shirts stand with palms pressed together in namaskar, and a woman in a blue sari joins them. To the right, a second seated man in white with an orange shawl and palms together sits on a mat. A brass lamp and a metal plate lie in the foreground on a concrete floor before a block wall. The Swamiji depiction cues are distinctive (long hair, saffron robes, garland, mala), so the seated figure is a probable Swamiji; this matches a Maheshwara Puja ceremony setting.2006-10-12A photograph of a man seated on a white upholstered throne-style chair in front of a dark stage backdrop with ornate gold carved panels and a red-brown stepped platform. He wears a saffron-orange robe draped over one shoulder and has long, swept-back dark hair and a red bindi on his forehead. His hands are pressed together in anjali mudra as he speaks into a microphone on a stand, with a green cable running across the foreground. A small white-draped table holds a cup, papers and a box. The seated man in orange robes with long hair matches the appearance cues for Swamiji (probable), shown at a satsang-style discourse.2007-02-05February 24 20072007-02-24December 05 20092009-12-05
