November 14 20052005-11-14December 11 20092009-12-11A dusk photograph at a roadside beside a silver minivan with its side door open. A long-haired figure in saffron-orange robes with a reddish undershirt stands center, smiling and gesturing toward the open door, with a leopard-print cloth draped over the seat inside. To the left, a man in white kurta with an orange shawl holds the door. To the right, two men in white kurtas and dhotis with orange shawls stand near, one holding a small book. A large dark-green curved roof building and a stormy sky form the background.2007-02-25Outdoor photo of a dusty courtyard beside a white block building with red doors and a corrugated gate, trees and a silver pickup truck at left. A man in orange robes and an orange wrap stands by the open door of the truck, adjusting his ear and looking toward the group. Next to him a person in an orange sleeveless robe with an orange head wrap and long dark hair gestures with one hand while speaking. Behind them stand shaved-headed men in white dhotis and orange or yellow shawls, and men in white and collared shirts. Several bystanders in the foreground look on. The fence and buildings show red and white colours.2010-09-04Outdoor photograph beside a silver SUV with its driver-side door open on a dry, open field with sparse trees. A woman with long dark hair wears a saffron-orange sari-style wrap and stands at the open door, one hand resting on the vehicle while she speaks to a group of men and a woman gathered around. A man on the left wears white clothing and a beaded necklace, a man in a purple shirt and another in a blue check shirt stand close, a man in a white-striped shirt and checked lungi crouches near the ground, and a woman in a blue shawl stands at the right edge. Two cues are not enough to call the woman a person, so her identity is left uncertain; the photo shows a roadside meeting with villagers at a car.2006-09-23January 12 20072007-01-12January 02 20102010-01-02 +1 copiesDecember 11 20092009-12-11A photograph of a dirt courtyard outside a whitewashed building with a thatched roof and a palm tree behind. A grey hatchback car is parked with its door open. A bearded older man in white kurta and white dhoti sits in the car doorway in sandals. Around him, a younger man in saffron-orange robe and a red-orange shawl bends toward him, another in saffron robe stands beside the car, and a man in white kurta with a yellow shawl stands with hands folded in greeting at left. A woman in a teal top and white dupatta stands behind the car, and a man in cream clothes and an orange shawl stands at right. Six people are visible.2010-06-05Outdoor photograph on a dirt road beside a red SUV with its rear door open. A long-haired man in a flowing saffron-orange robe, with a wrap over one shoulder, steps out of the vehicle. Two men in white kurtas and white dhotis, each with an orange shawl over the shoulder, stand to the left and gesture toward the car. A blue tarpaulin covers a structure behind the vehicle, with green trees and a bright sky beyond. The man in orange shows distinctive long swept-back hair and saffron clothing, but the appearance is not clear enough to confirm identity, so he is described only by role as a sannyasi-dressed man stepping from the car.2006-11-21November 23 20062006-11-23January 18 20102010-01-18 +1 copies
