A photograph of a temple ritual in which a long-haired man in saffron-orange robes, with a gold necklace and white sandalwood markings on his arms and a red tilak on his forehead, offers flowers and a brass vessel to a large deity murti adorned with a jeweled crown, red and gold silk garments, and garlands. Behind him a second man in orange robes and gold beads stands with palms pressed together, and a woman in white sari with gold border stands at right. Several women devotees in orange and white sit at left with hands folded. Garlanded shrines and a brass lamp are visible in the background. The man in front is shown as a probable Swamiji, identified by long swept-back hair, saffron robes, gold necklace and sandal markings, performing the offering as a priest.2007-11-09A photograph of a man with long dark hair, a red bindi and a long-sleeved orange-saffron garment, wearing layered rudraksha malas and ornate gold bead necklaces and gold armlets, holding a brass bell in his right hand while an oil lamp with a visible flame is held in his left hand. Behind him, a decorated orange-draped arch frames a deity murti with a red and gold cloth, and white stone sculptures stand among green trees. A woman in orange and red clothing with a bindi stands near the lamp, and a person in white with hands folded in prayer is visible at the right edge. This appears to be an outdoor puja or aarti setting.2013-03-10A photograph of an outdoor ritual beneath a large banyan tree. A bearded man in a maroon-red turban and maroon-red robe, draped with a heavy garland of white and pink flowers, multiple gold chains and a large gold pendant, stands at the centre sprinkling flower petals over a golden shivalinga-style object on a stone pedestal, with fresh red roses scattered around it. Behind him, several attendants in saffron-orange dhotis, some bare-chested with rudraksha malas, hold a brass plate of flowers, a silver bowl and a copper vessel. A clean-shaven man in white dhoti with gold border and a red rudraksha mala stands at right with a tilak on his forehead, and a microphone clipped to his clothing. Ritual vessels, a tall wooden pole and hanging ropes are visible.2016-12-23A seated man in orange-saffron robes sits before an ornate silver throne carved with floral motifs and a lion face, wearing a thick rudraksha-style brown bead mala and a heavy gold necklace of bead-shaped links, with gold earrings, a red bindi and a small clip microphone. Behind him on the left, a man in white dhoti holds a decorated orange and gold ceremonial fan with a blue emblem. Two shaven-headed men in saffron stand at the right edge. Greenery and a red-roofed building form the background of an outdoor satsang setting.2013-06-13April 30 20172017-04-30 +1 copiesOutdoor ritual under a large spreading banyan tree with aerial roots. He wears a saffron-orange dhoti and a heavy rudraksha mala with brown beads, a green bead necklace, and a large gold pendant. A red bindi marks his forehead and a gold wristwatch is visible. Around him, attendants in white kurtas with orange sashes and red headbands assist; one woman with long dark hair stands at left, and men in white and orange with lanyards stand at right. The appearance of the seated man with the distinctive rudraksha malas and saffron clothing and the throne is consistent with a person, seated in person in a hall.2015-12-20December 24 20152015-12-24January 1st 2013April 30 20172017-04-30 +1 copiesOutdoor procession at dusk in front of an ornate golden shrine arch with a tree and palms behind. A smiling figure with long dark swept-back hair, wearing saffron-orange clothing, a dense rudraksha mala and layered gold ceremonial necklaces, holds a flaming oil lamp aarti vessel forward with one hand while a bell is raised in the other. Behind him, several devotees in saffron and orange robes with yellow borders walk with hands in anjali, and a man in orange stands with a tall silver ceremonial staff with a finial. A figure in white with a red shawl stands at the right edge. The scene suggests a ritual procession.
