A photograph inside a large hall with a woven, geometric bamboo-style ceiling and bright overhead lights. In the foreground, a woman in an orange sari with a white flower garland stands facing a bald man in a white shirt and white trousers, placing her hand on his head in a blessing gesture. Beside them, women in saris and an older woman in a pink sari look on, and a tray with red and white flowers, fruit and a plate sits at the left edge. Behind them a red carpet and green mats run down an aisle lined with seated devotees in white and colourful clothing, with a crowd filling the hall. A man in white walks along the red carpet at right, and banners hang at the back. The scene resembles a padapuja-style devotional blessing, though this is not certain.2010-02-07February 07 20102010-02-07February 07 20102010-02-07A photograph inside a large hall with a bamboo-lattice ceiling and rows of seated devotees on the floor.
