The upper thali holds small brass cups of sliced apple, cashews, almonds, orange segments, a steel tumbler of water and diced fruit. The lower thali holds several bowls of golden-brown sweet preparation topped with chopped nuts, plus a small bowl of white milk-like liquid with saffron strands. The offerings suggest prasadam or naivedya arranged for a temple ritual.
