A bearded man with long dark hair, wearing a saffron-orange robe, rudraksha malas and gold necklaces, sits on the red-cushioned throne holding a red fruit, with a silver-tipped staff beside him. Before him a man in white kneels with folded hands, and an older man in white dhoti with a rudraksha mala bows. Two younger attendants stand at left, one in saffron and white, with a red-and-gold umbrella and brass lamp nearby. a person, seated in an appearance-based role of presiding guru, with the throne and his orange clothing and malas as cues.2016-11-04 +1 copiesA seated group of young men and boys in saffron-orange robes with gold borders sits on a red floor covering during a session. Many wear rudraksha malas and some have white or ash markings on their foreheads. A girl in a white top and dark trousers sits with her hands folded in front, eyes lowered, while the others watch intently or sit in meditative stillness. A cream-coloured wall, a white ventilation grille and a gold-toned object appear in the background. No individual can be confidently identified as a person from appearance, so the scene is described by roles and clothing only.2016-07-18August 07 20172017-08-07February 10 20162016-02-10 +1 copiesDecember 01 20092009-12-01 +3 copiesTwo men stand face to face in a ritual exchange in an indoor hall. The man on the left wears a red-orange dhoti and a long beaded necklace of wooden beads, with a red and gold patterned headband and a light yellow sandalwood mark on his brow; he holds a silver-topped staff and a small white paper, and gestures toward the other man. The younger man on the right wears an orange saffron cloth draped over his shoulders and a wristwatch, holding a gold-toned object to his mouth. Behind them stand a peacock-feather fan, gold lion-head ornaments, and a framed painting on the wall. A woman with a yellow forehead mark stands at the right edge.2014-05-05December 30 20082008-12-30July 01 20142014-07-01A seated man on the right wears an orange-saffron shawl over a bare chest, with a dark rudraksha mala around his neck, a red forehead mark and dark hair tied in a bun. He sits on a dark red cushioned seat beside tall brass lamps. Facing him, a young boy in a cream shirt bends forward to a small offering. Behind them a seated man in white ritual clothes with a rudraksha mala watches, and a cameraman in a red shirt films from a tripod while a white tower fan stands nearby. Probable Swamiji cues: swept-back hair bun, saffron shawl and rudraksha mala, with the seat and lamps indicating a presentation setting.2011-09-17
