A seated man in a saffron-brown dhoti and a bright orange-and-red cloth wrap, wearing an ornate turban and gold necklace, sits on a golden throne with palms pressed together in namaskar. A shirtless priest in an orange dhoti stands at left, applying something to the deity, and another man in orange kneels at right with hands folded. Oil lamps flicker in front, flanked by golden trishula staffs and red-and-gold canopy banners, with maroon drapes behind. The visible appearance of the seated figure, with turban, ornate gold adornment and saffron clothing, is a probable match for Swamiji, shown in a satsang-style puja setting.2016-11-05November 20 20162016-11-20 +3 copiesMay 22 20162016-05-22May 07 20172017-05-07Stage photograph of a satsang set with a golden ornate throne and red cushions against a large painted backdrop of a four-armed deity with a crescent moon and a golden crown, plus a tall golden tree-like canopy above. A man seated on the throne in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban wears a long gold-beaded necklace and rudraksha mala, raising one hand while speaking into a microphone on a stand. Golden lamps stand on either side and a golden trident leans beside the throne. On the throne sits a decorated deity murti with a Shiva-style crescent and tripundra, adorned with jewelled orange and blue silk drapes and necklaces. A smaller decorated figure sits below on a striped silk cushion garlanded with yellow and white flowers. Rows of brass bowls with grains and offerings surround them, with scattered petals on the floor. The person is seen from behind, so the individual's identity cannot be determined from appearance.2016-05-22A seated man in a golden ornate throne sits on a raised stage in front of a large painted backdrop of a multi-armed deity figure with a gold tree-like halo, holding ritual objects. He wears a maroon-brown robe, a white flower garland and a gold necklace, with a trident and a staff standing beside the throne. Maroon drapes frame the stage and a decorated palanquin or ratha with gold and colourful fabric sits at the right.
