A photograph of a man seated cross-legged in meditation on a woven mat over a wooden platform, in a circular stone-edged pit filled with gravel and surrounded by white kolam designs on bare earth. He wears an orange saffron robe and a long orange-and-gold bead mala, with eyes closed and hands resting in his lap. A brass vessel stands beside him. Behind him are black stone deity murti and serpent-hooded carvings on red-banded pedestals, a large black Nandi bull statue on a red plinth at right, palm trees, and a red-and-white painted backdrop.
