March 23 20082008-03-23A photograph of a meeting room where a seated figure in saffron-orange robes and a rudraksha mala sits on a raised white-draped seat with a microphone on a stand before them. A devotee in white clothing lies prostrate face-down on a blue mat in front of the seat. Behind, a group of men in white dhotis and shirts stand around, and on the left several saffron-clad sannyasis sit on the floor. The seated figure has long dark hair and wears a rudraksha mala, matching the Swamiji (probable) cues of saffron clothing and rudraksha beads; the presence is recorded as an in-person candidate.2008-03-23A photograph of a seated figure in an orange robe with long dark hair, resting on a white-covered cushioned seat with an orange cloth draped over it, hands in a mudra-like gesture. A devotee in white dhoti and orange-bordered shawl lies prostrate on the floor with forehead touching a red patterned rug, while a standing attendant in white with an orange sash stands on woven mats at right, and another person in white with a yellow sash is partly visible at top left. The white walls and woven mats suggest an ashram hall. Identity of the seated figure is not established from appearance alone; a sannyasi in orange with long hair seated on a throne-like seat during a prostration.2008-09-30A photograph inside a plain hall with white walls and a grilled doorway, showing a seated figure in orange robes and long dark hair on a cushioned seat with a microphone on a stand and a white-draped table. Facing the seat, a man in a white dhoti lies prostrate on the floor in full obeisance on a blue mat. Standing nearby, several men in white dhotis and kurtas and one man in a purple shirt look on, with a bearded man in white among them. Five seated people in orange robes sit on the left on mats, and a video camera is at the right edge. A printed2008-03-23A photograph in a bare hall with white block walls and a light wooden floor. In the centre a person in a sleeveless orange robe stands barefoot with palms pressed together in anjali, head bowed. Behind, at an open orange door, a man in white clothes and a man in orange robes stand near the entrance. To the right is a white projection screen on a metal stand and a wooden cabinet. Two physical people are visible in the hall, and a third in the doorway. The distinctive long-haired orange-robed cues for a person candidate are not clearly established here, so identity is uncertain.2010-08-08A photograph in a bare white-walled hall with a woven mat floor. A long-haired man in a flowing saffron-orange robe sits on a white-draped cushioned seat, holding a beaded mala in his hands and smiling as he receives a devotee. Lying prostrate in front of him on a dark patterned rug is a man in a white kurta with a yellow shawl, his head touching the floor. Behind them, standing figures in orange and white clothing watch the scene, one in a yellow scarf and white kurta at the left wall, and bearded men in orange dhotis among them.2008-09-30A seated figure in an orange saffron robe with long dark hair sits on a white-covered cushioned seat with an orange cloth draped over it. A person in an orange and pink robe lies prostrate face down on a striped mat in front of the seat, with hands extended and forehead touching a red patterned rug. Three standing men in white dhotis and orange shawls stand behind, one holding a yellow cloth. A white wall forms the backdrop.2008-09-30A photograph inside a plain whitewashed hall with a tiled floor and blue plastic chairs along the wall. On the right, a figure with long dark hair wears an orange saffron robe and sits on a dark cushioned seat before a microphone stand and a white-draped table; the robed figure is labelled by the page as Swamiji, but the appearance cue is uncertain. In front of the seat, a man in white dhoti and white shirt lies prostrate on a blue mat in full pranam. Behind him, several men in white dhotis and shirts stand, one holding a folded paper. On the left, several seated people in orange robes sit on a mat with books nearby, and a small framed picture hangs on the wall behind the doorway.2008-03-23A seated figure in saffron-orange robes with long dark hair sits on a white-draped cushioned seat on a red patterned rug, gesturing with one hand toward a devotee who lies prostrate in full-length obeisance on the mat in white clothes with an orange sash. Behind them, three standing men in orange robes and one in white stand on a woven mat before a plain white wall, a rudraksha mala visible on one standing man. The scene suggests a formal darshan or pada-namaskar in an ashram hall.2008-09-30Indoor hall with pale blue walls and a red tiled floor, where several people in white and yellow ritual clothes stand along the back. In the centre, a man in orange dhoti and orange shawl stands smiling with arms at his sides, while a younger man in orange dhoti and a red-bordered shawl extends his arm toward him. A person in white clothes with an orange shawl bows prostrate on the floor in front of them, and a small boy in white presses his palms together at left. A framed portrait of a saffron-robed figure sits on a wooden stand at the back left, with an oil lamp nearby.2008-07-26September 30 20082008-09-30March 23 20082008-03-23
