A bare-chested man in a rust-red turban with gold trim, long swept-back dark hair, gold ear ornament, gold necklace and multiple rudraksha bracelets stands behind a seated young man in a white kurta, placing both hands on the younger man's head. A rudraksha bracelet is visible on the seated man's wrist and a folded paper is held in his hand. Red drapery and a blurred figure in white stand in the background. The turbaned man has distinctive adornments and rudraksha, so he is a person presence giving initiation and darshan, though the appearance is only partly visible.2017-06-27A photograph of a ritual scene with two men in close contact at the centre. On the left, a man in a red turban and a rudraksha bead necklace, bare-shouldered in an orange cloth, presses his hand to the forehead of a younger man on the right. The younger man, wearing hoop earrings, rudraksha malas, red bangles and an orange-red shawl, holds his palms raised in front of him. Behind them, several men with white forehead markings wear white dhotis with gold borders and ornate bead necklaces, and a golden ceremonial staff rises at the left edge. The setting has warm red lighting and a watermarked copyright overlay in the corner.2015-09-14A ritual blessing in a decorated hall. A bare-shouldered man in an orange-red turban and saffron-orange wrap, with a beaded brown necklace, raises his arm and places a hand on the forehead of a young man in a white kurta with a red shawl. The young man presses his palms together in reverence. Behind them, several people in white and red-saffron shawls and garlands sit and stand, and a gold ceremonial staff rises at the left edge, with a red rose and white cloth at lower left.2015-09-14A photograph of a ceremonial blessing. On the left, a man in a red-maroon turban and saffron-orange cloth with a beaded rudraksha-style necklace reaches out and presses his palm to the forehead of a bearded man on the right, who wears a white dhoti-style cloth with a red-and-gold shawl and a red beaded mala, his other palm raised in a gesture of receiving. Behind them, several people in white garments with maroon shawls and garlands stand in a hall, and a large round fan is visible at the right edge. The swami on the left matches the page's Swamiji reference through his red turban, ornate beads and saffron garments, so he is labelled a probable Swamiji. Warm light and a red floral offering are visible at the lower edge.2015-09-14August 03 20172017-08-03April 24 20172017-04-24September 14 20152015-09-14
