Several have white sacred ash or painted markings on their faces and chests, and some hold small offerings. Plates, a clear container of items and a few brass lamps are placed on the floor. The foreground shows boys and young men in orange garments, with a small child at the bottom edge. No single figure is clearly identifiable as a person from appearance, so no candidate is marked.2017-09-01 +1 copiesJune 14 20142014-06-14May 08 20132013-05-08September 27 20132013-09-27A group of young shaved-headed ascetics in saffron-orange dhotis and wraps, with rudraksha malas and white tripundra markings on their foreheads, sit on a white floor mat performing a seated ritual. Several hold brass lamps or ritual implements over small plates of fruit and sweets on low wooden stands. Behind them, men in white dhotis and shirts, some wearing red shawls, sit with hands folded in prayer. The setting looks like a hall with a tiled floor and a blue cloth strip on the floor.2013-11-18
