A photograph of a group of shaved-headed and long-haired men and a young boy seated closely together in a ritual chanting setting. Several wear rudraksha malas and small ceremonial pendants on bare chests. The boy on the left, with hands pressed in anjali, wears an orange-red bead necklace. A young man in the centre with long dark hair and rudraksha beads reads from a printed sheet held before a microphone on a stand. Behind them an older man in an orange cloth and a rudraksha mala looks on. The scene suggests a satsang or chanting session. No clear appearance-based a person candidate can be confirmed here, so the figures are described by role.2017-08-02September 30 20172017-09-30August 02 20172017-08-02May 09 20172017-05-09A photograph of six shaven-headed men in white dhotis with golden borders stands on a stage under a tent canopy, reciting from pink printed sheets. Many have white sacred ash or painted markings on their chests and foreheads. The central boy in front, with a red tilak on his forehead, holds small wooden objects in his hands and appears to chant with eyes half-open, while others sit with eyes closed in meditation. Pink and red cloths lie beneath them on the ground. Several people fill the frame.2017-04-08 +1 copiesA photograph of a row of young men and women standing outdoors under palm trees, reading from small sheets of paper held in their hands. Several are bare-chested and wear white dhotis with gold-bordered yellow edges and rudraksha malas; one young man in front wears a white and gold dhoti with a rudraksha mala. On the left, a figure in saffron-orange robes stands at the edge of the frame.
