A photograph of a shaved-headed man in saffron-orange clothing performing aarti. He stands in profile, bare-chested, wearing an orange dhoti and an orange shawl draped over his shoulder, with white sacred markings on his forehead and arms. He holds a brass multi-tiered oil lamp with many lit wicks in both hands, looking down at the flame. Behind him are maroon curtains, a wall with framed notices, and wooden doors in a plain hall. The figure is a priest or devotee performing the lamp ritual; his ornaments are not distinctive enough to identify him as a person.2017-01-22January 22 20172017-01-22January 22 20172017-01-22A bare-chested priest in orange-saffron dhoti and shawl, with white tilak marks on forehead and arms and a rudraksha mala, stands in a hall holding a tiered brass aarti lamp with lit flames in both hands.
