The blessing giver has long dark hair tied back and wears a rudraksha-style bead necklace; a saffron shawl is draped over his shoulders. The elderly man has white sacred ash marks on his forehead. Standing behind them, people in white kurtas and white dhotis, one with a dark bead mala, look on, and an orange-robed figure stands at the right edge beside a wooden box holding small items and a red-and-white bead mala. Orange cushions and a purple-patterned cloth lie on the ground.2010-07-06July 06 20102010-07-06March 15 20082008-03-15A seated man in orange robes with long dark wavy hair and a rudraksha mala places his right hand on the forehead of a young man kneeling before him with palms pressed together in namaste. The kneeling man wears a white kurta and a black beaded mala, with a red thread on his wrist, and his eyes are closed. Behind them, a standing man in a white kurta and orange shawl watches, and another man in an orange kurta stands at right beside a wooden tray holding flower petals. A kalasha-style brass vessel sits at left on the floor, and a woman in the background wears red. a person: the seated figure has long swept-back hair, orange robes and a rudraksha mala, consistent with the page's presentation, and is performing a blessing. The scene appears to be a darshan or blessing moment.2010-07-07 +1 copiesA seated man in a saffron-orange robe with long dark hair in a low knot and ornate gold beaded necklaces places both palms on the head of an older bald man in a white shirt and orange shawl, who bows forward. Soft-focus figures in orange and white stand in the background against a plain wall. The person in orange has distinctive long hair, saffron robes and gold ornaments, consistent with a person blessing a devotee.2013-03-01January 06 20122012-01-06A photograph of a blessing moment indoors. A man in an orange saffron wrap, with hair tied in a bun and a thin dark cord at his neck, sits on the left and presses his right palm to the forehead of a bald man in a white shirt. The bald man wears a long rudraksha mala, holds his right hand raised palm-outward, and keeps his eyes closed. The orange-clad man holds a silver rod in his left hand. Behind them, a red curtain and a woman in white sit in the background. The orange-clad figure is not an appearance-qualified candidate because the cues are limited to a wrap and bun, so no identity is asserted.2011-12-09July 07 20102010-07-07July 11 20102010-07-11
