Outdoor construction scene at a building site under a clear blue sky, with palm trees and tall wooden poles in the background. Three men are working on a stone structure of stacked dressed stone blocks. A man in a pale yellow checked shirt with an orange lungi and a gold-coloured wrist band stands at left with hands on hips. In the centre, a man in a white shirt bends forward and applies mortar or plaster with a trowel, a bowl of grey mixture nearby. At right, a man in a light pink shirt faces the stonework. A plastic water bottle and a green container sit on the stones, and loose stone pieces lie on the ground at left.

Outdoor construction site at an ashram in progress. A large stepped stone base with a dark stone shrine structure sits in the centre, with a copper-coloured dome-shaped canopy on a pedestal above it. Several workmen in checked shirts and white dhoti/pants are working on the base, one in an orange lungi kneeling at the right. Bamboo scaffolding frames the structure, and a pile of grey stone blocks lies behind. A wooden chariot or palanquin with red drapery and a parked white SUV sit in the background, with palm trees beyond a block wall. A plastic water bottle sits on the stone platform.

A man in a grey t-shirt, maroon checked lungi and white head cloth crouches on a concrete platform, smoothing wet grey mortar along the edge of a square, stepped concrete structure with a dark recessed pit. A trowel and a mortar tray lie on the ground at left. Behind, several seated people in white, blue and green clothes watch, and a white pedestal holds a dark deity murti garlanded with flowers near a tall tiered tower with palm trees beyond.

Low-angle outdoor photo of two men building a brick structure beside a coconut palm under a pale sky. On the left, a young man in a striped collared shirt and checked lungi watches. In the centre, a man in a white turban and light shirt and trousers crouches on the brick course, holding a trowel and working mortar. A large grey stone or concrete vessel sits on the top of the structure, with an orange cloth and a plastic bag of cement nearby. No a person candidate is visible.

Three young men work outdoors on bare red earth beside a pile of rough grey granite blocks. The man on the left, in a white short-sleeved shirt and light grey trousers, crouches barefoot while pressing wet grey material. The man on the right, in a striped shirt and checked lungi-style cloth, shapes a curved wet clay form on a concrete base. A third man in a white shirt crouches behind them. A yellow bucket sits on the ground, with broken red bricks and scattered stones around. No ritual or festival activity is visible, and no recognizable a person figure appears in the scene.

Outdoor construction site at an ashram-style compound with dirt ground, tall coconut palms and scrub. In the foreground a rectangular stone-block foundation with carved panels is being built, with workers in dhotis, shirts and white clothing standing around and lifting or carrying material. A yellow JCB-style excavator and a yellow truck sit in the background beside stacked timber, sand piles and tall bamboo-like poles. Several small buildings with pink and white walls are visible at right. No a person candidate is clearly visible; the scene shows only labourers and devotees working on the structure.

A construction worker in a grey cap and red-and-white striped short-sleeved shirt with white trousers plasters a concrete column with a trowel on an outdoor building site. Beside him, a worker in a white head cloth and checked shirt crouches beside a metal bowl of wet mortar. Grey concrete block walls, a steel frame, rebar and gravel surround them, with unfinished buildings visible in the background.

A photograph of a temple construction site where workers mix and spread wet grey concrete on the ground. In the foreground a man in a white shirt and white dhoti, wearing glasses, shovels concrete with a flat metal trowel. Beside him a man in a white shirt and green checked lungi bends over the mix with a small trowel. On the right a man in a striped shirt and pink-and-white turban holds a shallow metal pan of gravel. Behind them other workers in white and in lungis, and a woman in an orange sari stands near wooden formwork and a blue drum. Piles of sand and red earth surround the site.

A construction site at a rural ashram setting with bare red-brown earth. A worker in a white shirt and grey trousers, leaning forward with a shovel, scoops soil from a trench. A second man in a blue plaid shirt, grey trousers and a white head cloth stands watching beside him. Rusted rebar rods rise from the foundation, trees and a yellow excavator sit in the background, and a hose lies across the ground. Neither man is clearly identifiable as a person.
