A smiling man in a rust-orange dhoti and shawl, with a long white and multicoloured flower garland, rudraksha malas and bangles, is walking forward. Behind him, several young men wear saffron-orange robes and rudraksha malas, and one in orange with hands folded in greeting. A man in white shirt and white dhoti bends low, bowing in reverence, while a woman in a red patterned blouse and red sari stands at right. Several other people in white and red clothing are visible in the background.2014-07-08 +1 copiesA photo of a ceremonial pada puja at a house entrance on a covered porch. A central figure in a red-orange dhoti-style garment with a long red and white flower garland and rudraksha beads stands smiling as a devotee in a lavender shirt and khaki trousers bends low with folded hands. Nearby, a bald priest in an orange-saffron cloth with a rudraksha mala stands in the foreground, a man in a green shirt and white dhoti plays a long nadaswaram-style wind instrument, and women in white saris with folded hands look on. Flower petals are scattered on the floor, and a potted banana plant and a tiled roof frame the scene.2014-06-26Outdoor photograph at a residential gate on a concrete path scattered with yellow flower petals and a rangoli-style design. A bare-chested man in orange-saffron dhoti with a flower garland smiles widely at the centre, appearing to be a person candidate with long dark hair and a garland; the appearance cues are not distinct enough to confirm identity. Around him, devotees in white and cream sarees and a pink shirt stand or bow, one woman in a grey-blue saree with hands folded in prayer, and a man in white kurta bends low to touch the ground near the feet. Green trees and a white wall frame the scene.2014-07-07 +1 copiesMay 09 20122012-05-09 +4 copiesSeptember 08 20112011-09-08Outdoor courtyard photo with a tiled floor and a white wall backed by palms. A central figure in orange saffron robes wears a long orange and purple flower garland and has long dark hair; a man in a white shirt bends to touch the feet of this figure. Around them devotees stand: a woman in a pink and cream sari holds a bouquet of red and white flowers, a man in white dhoti and orange shawl stands at left, and several people in white ritual clothes and orange shawls surround the group. A few people in casual shirts and saris watch and smile. Presence of a central saffron-clad figure with long hair and garland is visible, but their identity is not established from appearance alone.2010-02-16Outdoor photograph in bright daylight under trees beside a white wall. A central figure in saffron-orange robes wears a long garland of red and white flowers and a rudraksha mala, and is greeted by a man in white shirt and white dhoti who has his palms pressed together. Other saffron-robed sannyasis stand nearby, one bald with glasses, and a bare-chested attendant in white dhoti and gold-toned necklace stands behind. A man in white shirt bends forward to touch the feet of the garlanded figure, and onlookers in white shirts and mundus stand in the background. Orange flags and a white boat-like structure appear at the left edge.2014-07-04 +1 copiesA photograph of a temple entrance with a central figure in a dark maroon robe receiving a long garland of yellow marigolds and white and red flowers. A man in a white shirt and white dhoti bends low at the foot of the garland, and young boys in orange, red and yellow shirts watch from the side. A striped cloth canopy hangs above the doorway and a green-shirted man stands on a raised ledge behind the group.2018-01-18 +1 copiesJuly 07 20142014-07-07A photograph of a street scene at dusk in front of a bridge with a sun emblem and a blue sign.
