A seated man with long dark hair tied in a bun, wearing a bare-chested orange-and-gold dhoti-style garment, a layered rudraksha and gold bead necklace, and a vertical tilak on his forehead, places both hands on the head of an older bearded man with long white hair. The older man, dressed in an orange robe, bows forward with his eyes closed. The seated figure sits on a gold-carved throne with red upholstery in a warmly lit room.2014-01-11January 11 20142014-01-11A seated man with long dark hair in a low knot wears a gold-and-red garment and a layered gold bead necklace with rudraksha-style beads. He sits on a red cushioned seat beside an ornate gold throne and places both hands on the forehead of an elderly white-bearded man with long white hair, who wears an orange robe and bows forward. The setting is an indoor hall with a plain wall, a curtain and a small lectern-like stand. Two people are visible: the seated figure with raised hands and the bowing elder. Appearance-based cues on the seated man include the long swept-back hair, gold ceremonial necklace and gold-and-saffron clothing, so he is labelled Swamiji (probable) and marked in_person.2014-01-11January 16 20142014-01-16A seated man with long dark hair tied back, wearing an orange-and-gold draped garment, a gold-bead necklace and a layered mala with golden bell-like beads, raises his right arm to touch the forehead of a younger man with short hair who wears a maroon t-shirt and a rudraksha-style mala. Behind them a golden ornate throne back and a red cushioned seat are visible. The seated man is a person based on the long hair, orange draping and ornate gold-and-bead adornments, shown giving blessing to a devotee, the setting resembling a satsang blessing.2014-01-11December 21 20132013-12-21January 11 20142014-01-11A seated man in an orange-brown saffron wrap and a dark rudraksha mala with a gold ornament at his chest places his right palm on the crown of an older, white-haired man in a white linen kurta and blue lanyard, who has his palms together before his face. Behind them hangs a deep red velvet curtain with a gold carved panel at left and a red cushioned seat. Two physical people are visible.2012-05-02 +2 copiesJanuary 11 20142014-01-11A seated man in orange saffron robes with long swept-back dark hair, rudraksha malas and a gold ceremonial necklace places his hand on the forehead of a kneeling older man with grey hair who wears a pale yellow kurta and has his palms pressed together. The seated man has a white horizontal tilak with a red dot. Behind them a figure in orange robes with a flower garland and a raised hand stands beside a gold-framed deity murti on a red throne. Red velvet cushions and a red throne frame the scene. Swamiji (probable) is the seated man in orange with long hair, malas and gold necklace, shown giving blessing to a devotee in a darshan setting.2012-10-07A seated man in a rust-orange and gold-bordered saffron garment, wearing a long gold-bead and rudraksha-style necklace of gold bells, smiles as he places his right palm on the forehead of a younger man in a maroon t-shirt and a rudraksha mala, who holds his own hand raised beside his head. A gold ornate chair with red upholstery sits behind the seated man, and a warm wooden-paneled room with a lamp forms the setting. The scene suggests a blessing or energy transmission. Swamiji (probable) is seated in the chair, with long hair in a low bun, a gold-bell necklace and saffron-gold drapery.2014-01-11A photograph of two men in close, warm contact. On the left, an older man with grey hair and a moustache, wearing a white shirt, bends his head forward while the other man places his right hand on his forehead and rests his left hand on his neck. The man giving the blessing wears a rust-orange sleeveless cloth over a bare chest, with a brown rudraksha-style mala at his neck, long dark hair, a beaded red-and-black wrist band, and a white tilak on his forehead, and he smiles. Behind them are gold-coloured ritual objects, a brass kalasha-like vessel and a red cushioned seat. A Swamiji (probable) candidate is present, with the cues of long swept-back hair, rudraksha mala and saffron-orange cloth; the appearance is consistent with the page but not conclusive for identification.2016-07-07
