A priest with a bare upper body and white dhoti with gold border stands at left, holding a lit oil lamp toward a large gold-toned statue of a standing male deity figure. The statue wears a maroon and gold turban with a crescent emblem, layered gold necklaces, a rudraksha mala, and a garland of red, white, yellow and green flowers. A smaller gold figure stands nearby, and brass vessels and a small lamp sit on a turquoise embroidered cloth-covered table. A small placard reads KAILASA Los Angeles Nithyanandeshwara Hindu Temple. The scene is a puja before the statue, with the priest performing aarti. The statue is a depiction, not a living person, and the priest is the only physical person visible.

A priest in a white turban and white dhoti, bare-chested with gold chains and a rudraksha mala, stands at left holding a brass bell and a small brass vessel while performing ritual worship. Beside him, a golden seated statue of a deity-like figure wears an orange garment, a white turban, layered garlands and necklaces, and raises its right hand in blessing. A purple cloth backdrop sits behind the statue within a gilded arched frame, with a golden trident and brass lamps and offering plates on the altar. A yellow sign reads KAILASA SALEM BHARATH and shows a small temple image and a portrait of a smiling saffron-robed figure. The scene is an abhishekam-style worship with oil lamps and garlands.

A photograph inside a gilded temple hall showing a priest in a white dhoti with a gold border and a bare chest, wearing a rudraksha mala and a pendant, holding a lit oil lamp in a brass dish in both hands. Beside him sits a golden statue of a seated figure wearing a maroon turban, a gold-and-cream silk garment, layered pearl and white flower garlands, and a raised blessing hand. In front is an orange-draped altar with a plate of white and yellow flowers and a small lit lamp, and a larger seated murti in a shrine niche. Ornate gold carved pillars, a ceiling fan and a pyramidal gold spire form the background.

A photograph of a priest performing a lamp offering before a seated golden statue of a man in a turban and drapery, set on a carved golden lotus pedestal against a gold wall with a magenta cloth backdrop. The standing priest is bare-chested with a white and gold-bordered turban, white dhoti with gold border, and a beaded mala on his wrist; he holds a small oil lamp on a plate toward the statue's hands. A small framed sign beside the statue reads KAILASA SALEM BHARATH with two small portrait images. The statue is an object, not a person, so the only physical person is the priest. A shirtless priest in a white dhoti and sacred thread performs abhishekam on a golden seated statue, pouring a liquid from a small metal vessel onto the statue's head. The golden murti sits in a meditative pose with one hand raised in blessing, draped in golden cloth. Behind it hang magenta drapes and a garland of red and white flowers, with an ornate gold arch framing the scene. A black stone shivalinga stands at the right, and a sparkling canopy hangs above.
