July 22 20122012-07-22A man seated on an ornate golden throne decorated with a large horseshoe-shaped arch of marigolds, red roses, white jasmine and purple flowers. He wears a cream turban with a red tilak on his forehead, a peach-coloured embroidered silk kurta with an orange and gold sash, and a gold chain. His hands are folded in his lap and he smiles. A golden ceremonial staff stands beside the throne, and the backdrop is a purple-toned stage. Top-left corner shows a small blue bird logo. The man has a crown-like turban, saffron-orange sash and ornate clothing, matching the page's Swamiji reference, so the appearance is a probable match.2009-12-29A man seated cross-legged on an ornate gold-carved throne with cushioned gold upholstery, smiling and gesturing with clasped hands. He wears an orange turban with a red tilak mark on the forehead, an orange shawl draped over one shoulder with gold trim, and a long dark rudraksha mala around his neck. Long dark hair falls past his shoulders. Behind him is a garland of yellow, red and purple flowers against a warm backdrop. The seat's gold relief includes a deity-like motif. Swamiji (probable): long hair, orange turban, saffron clothing and rudraksha mala, seated as the speaker on the throne during a discourse.2011-09-15December 27 20092009-12-27December 17 20112011-12-17A seated figure in a red-brown dhoti-style garment with gold trim and a pink and white flower garland holds a gold and green-ribboned vessel up at chest height, smiling broadly. A red bindi is visible on the forehead and gold bangles are on the wrist. Behind, a large throne-like backdrop is densely covered in rows of red, yellow, purple and white flowers, with gold lion-head armrests in front and a gold ornate temple gopuram structure above. A hand with a silver tray enters from the lower left. The figure has long hair and a bare upper body with a shawl draped over one shoulder; the figure appears consistent with the a person presentation cues of long hair, saffron-toned garments and ceremonial gold ornaments, though identity is uncertain from appearance alone.2013-04-21A seated man in saffron-orange robes with long, swept-back dark hair and a red bindi sits on an ornate gold throne framed by garlands of yellow marigolds, purple flowers and white blossoms. He holds a gold ceremonial staff with a finial in his right hand and smiles toward the side. Gold carved lion-head armrests and a gold-embroidered cushion are visible. The setting looks like a festival dais. Appearance-based label: probable Swamiji (saffron robes, long hair, ceremonial staff and throne). Only one person is visible.2009-12-27December 27 20092009-12-27 +1 copiesDecember 25 20092009-12-25October 24 20102010-10-24 +1 copiesDecember 25 20092009-12-25A smiling man with long dark wavy hair and a red bindi sits on an ornate gilded throne with lion-carved armrests and arched backrest. He wears an orange saffron wrap over his shoulder and bare arms, a heavy gold bead necklace, and rudraksha bracelets, and holds a silver-tipped staff across his lap with hands folded. Behind him, a large painted figure in orange with a garland and a staff stands in the background. The gold throne, red velvet cushions and lion statues are prominent. Swamiji (probable): the long hair, saffron clothing, gold necklace and rudraksha cues on a throne match the page's claim that Swamiji attended this event.2012-04-27
