On the left, a portrait of a smiling man wearing a white turban and white shawl is labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" on the sign. On the right, a circular inset shows a deity murti of Sri Anandeshwar draped in red and orange flower garlands, with a silver kalasha-like vessel before it. Below the central text is a red arrow reading "Welcomes you 1K.M" with phone, fax, email and website details. Metal posts and a sky with clouds frame the sign, with shrubs and a low building behind it.2005-12-31A roadside billboard against a pale blue sky, mounted on a steel frame above a red and green painted wall. The sign is cream-coloured with bold blue and black lettering in Kannada and English. Two framed images sit on the board: on the left, a portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" shows a smiling woman with long dark hair in orange robes; on the right, a painted deity murti in an ornate gilded frame shows a figure beside a flower-decorated altar. A brown arrow points right toward the temple. Power lines run across the sky, and a pale concrete wall stands at the lower right. No people are physically present in the scene.2009-10-15August 01 20102010-08-01Photo 11726638 +1 copiesJuly 07 20092009-07-07A large blue roadside hoarding stands on a dusty plot beside a paved road. Its top shows a white emblem of a bird-like figure, with Kannada script reading ಧ್ಯಾನಪೀಠ and the English word Dhyanapeetam below, followed by phone and fax numbers, an arrow pointing left, and the website www.nithyananda.org. A white car drives on the road and a yellow truck passes on the right. Tall palm trees and scrubby vegetation line the background under a hazy sky, with small heaps of earth and litter on the ground.2007-04-20A large blue roadside signboard on a metal frame reads Dhyanapeetam in Kannada and English, with a white bird-in-egg style logo at top. A white arrow points right toward the ashram, and a contact line lists phone and fax numbers with the website www.nithyananda.org. Behind it stand a paved road, dry scrubby brown ground with low shrubs, palm trees on the left, and a plain pale-beige building with a flat roof on the right. No people are visible.2007-04-20January 29 20102010-01-29November 20 20082008-11-20
