The feet belong to a person wearing a red and gold-bordered ceremonial garment, with a shimmering gold border, and a silver-toned ornate ritual implement rests behind them. A hand with a ring appears at the top edge. The setting suggests a padapuja, a ritual washing or honouring of the feet, with flowers and a dish of offerings. No face is visible, so the identity of the person cannot be determined from the image.2014-05-21July 09 20122012-07-09April 01 20132013-04-01Close-up photograph of a pair of bare feet resting on a brass tray filled with flower garlands and petals, a padapuja-style foot worship. The feet wear a maroon garment with gold border at the top left, one foot with a visible toe ring area. The tray holds yellow marigolds, pink and red roses, and white jasmine strands, with a brass vessel with a small golden cap near the feet. Blurred gold metal plates and bowls appear in the background. No faces are visible, so no ceremonial figure can be identified and the person is not named.2017-07-07 +1 copiesJuly 24 20142014-07-24Close view of a pair of bare feet stepping onto a golden tray filled with red, pink and white flower petals and a few yellow blossoms. The person wears orange cloth at the ankles. Gold-toned ornamental stands sit beside each foot, with pink and white petals scattered around. This shows a padapuja, the ritual worship of the feet, with flower offerings arranged around the feet. Only feet and orange-clad ankles are visible, so no face or identifying features can be seen.2009-12-03
