Photograph of two decorated deity murti in a temple setting. On the left, a Ganesha murti with an elephant head sits on an orange draped cloth over a golden mount, adorned with silver ornaments and a silver crown. On the right, a murti with a tall ornate crown and red and gold robes stands beside a golden peacock-shaped vahana, holding a long spear-like staff, with attendant figures in red garments. Both shrines are framed by golden arches and garlanded with yellow, red, white and green flower garlands.2013-12-23December 23 20132013-12-23December 24 20132013-12-24Photo 11691643December 24 20132013-12-24November 23 20102010-11-23November 12 20102010-11-12October 23 20172017-10-23November 14 20102010-11-14 +1 copiesDecember 28 20082008-12-28February 07 20142014-02-07A photograph of a decorated festival murti of a deity pair seated on an orange-gold cloth-draped throne beneath a gilded arch. The central figure wears a multicoloured green, red and yellow turban, layered gold and bead necklaces and a sash, and holds a staff. A female figure beside him wears a tall crown and blue garment. Large garlands of yellow, white, purple and red flowers drape over the figures and a golden kalasha-like vessel. Behind them is a painted orange peacock-style backdrop with ornate carving and dark blue drapery. A small figure in orange sits at the lower right corner. No living people are clearly visible apart from that partial figure; the figures shown are statues.2008-12-28
