A red-and-orange umbrella is held up over a group in the centre, and a man in white stands on the back of a red tractor with a canopy in the right foreground. Several people in orange and red cloth with long matted hair and painted bodies stand or bow in the crowd, while others in white dhotis and saffron garments move through the scene. Devotees kneel in the lower foreground.2016-10-30Night procession on a dirt road lit by a bright floodlight. Many devotees in saffron and orange dhotis and robes dance energetically, some bare-chested with rudraksha malas and gold chains; one man with long dreadlocks bends forward with arms outstretched, and a child in a teal kurta stands at left. Ornate orange and gold ceremonial umbrellas and processional standards rise above the crowd, and a red tractor with a canopy stands at right. Strings of coloured lights decorate the background. A few men in white dhotis watch from the crowd.2016-10-30October 06 20112011-10-06November 22 20102010-11-22March 13 20172017-03-13Night procession on a dirt path with scattered flower petals. Many devotees in white clothes stained with pink and red powder dance and sing together. Several men and women wear orange shawls or scarves, and some have faces smeared with colour. Behind them, under a yellow-fringed canopy, a decorated shrine with a lit illuminated arch and a garland-draped deity murti or image stands with flower and bunting decorations. One figure in the foreground, in white with an orange shawl, appears to be a central figure, but identity cannot be confirmed from appearance, so no a person candidate is claimed.2008-11-12October 30 20162016-10-30Night photograph of a procession at a temple-style event. A decorated ratha-style float stands lit by lamps, draped in marigold garlands and colourful tassels, with a canopy of striped fabric above. A figure in white robes stands on the float, with a white fly-whisk-like yak-tail fan raised beside him. In the foreground, an older man in a white shirt with a green waist cloth faces the float, and a man in white holds a pointed decorated standard with floral embroidery. Another decorated parasol with a teal-blue and orange canopy, reading Nithyanandapeetam, is held on the left. Several people stand in the crowd in white and dark clothing.
