Night-time fire ritual under a tent. In the centre, a bare-chested man with hair knotted on top wears a white dhoti with gold borders and a rudraksha mala across his chest, holding a ritual implement toward a flame. Fire pits burn in the foreground and middle, with marigold-style flowers and offerings beside them. Other participants sit or stand around the fire, including a man in orange cloth on the left and a bald man in an ochre garment on the right. The setting appears to be a homa or yagna.

On the floor in front are brass plates, offerings, flowers and small oil lamps on a striped mat.

A young man in white dhoti and shawl with gold-bordered edges, wearing a rudraksha mala and a sandalwood-marked forehead, stands centrally holding a silver tray with a lit oil lamp and burning flames as an aarti offering. Seated devotees in white clothes, some with folded hands in namaskar, sit on the ground around him. Dim lights and green points appear in the dark background.

A dimly lit photograph of a puja in progress in a temple-like hall. Several devotees sit cross-legged on the floor around a low table holding brass plates, oil lamps and small offerings, with a flame glowing in a metal dish in the foreground. Men wear white dhotis and white and tan kurta-style garments, and one standing figure on the right wears an orange-saffron garment. A small deity shrine with a decorated backdrop sits behind them. The image is blurred by motion and low light.
