A large, brightly lit hall with a polished floor and recessed ceiling lights hosts a group yoga morning session. Many participants stand on coloured yoga mats in rows, arms raised overhead, some with palms joined, others bending forward at the waist. Clothing includes orange and saffron robes, yellow and white tops, white kurta-style outfits, and plain white and black tank tops and shorts. Small silver dumbbells sit beside several mats. Red curtains and framed portraits line the far wall, and a few audio speakers are mounted near the walls and ceiling.

Many wear white kurta-style clothing, while others wear white or grey t-shirts and trousers. A man in the foreground in a white jacket and white trousers kneels on a purple mat with his arms raised. A young man on the right in a white t-shirt also raises his arms. Participants are arranged in neat rows across the floor, with a wall clock and a few small objects visible near the back.
