A man in an orange turban and orange sleeveless top with an orange cloth draped over his shoulder stands at left, reaching forward to drape a magenta and gold silk shawl over the shoulders of a man in a light grey shirt and dark trousers, who bows with his hands clasped. Behind them, a large banner shows Kannada script and a painted portrait of a smiling figure in an orange turban. At far left, a man in orange robes holds a tray with flowers and fruit. Seated people in white shirts and orange garments watch from the background and a red chair is in the foreground. The shirt-draping honour suggests a felicitation.2010-09-20March 03 20092009-03-03A photograph of a stage event with a man in a saffron-orange turban and sleeveless saffron top and dhoti, with long dark hair and a white-and-orange garland held in his hands, draping a golden-bordered maroon shawl over an older man in white dhoti and shirt. Behind him, a bald man in orange robes and an orange shawl holds a tray, and a man in a striped white shirt and dark trousers stands at right. A large brass lamp stands at left and the background shows a dark curtain and a pale wall. The appearance-based label is Swamiji (probable), an in_person candidate with a saffron turban, long hair and ceremonial garland, giving a shawl to a devotee; identity remains uncertain.2010-09-20A stage event with orange velvet armchairs and a dark blue curtain hung with orange drapes and marigold garlands. A man with dreadlocks, wearing orange robes and layered rudraksha malas, stands with hands raised toward a younger man in orange robes and a bare upper body who is draping a red-and-gold embroidered shawl over him. A bearded elder in orange sits at the left edge, and another orange-robed man stands at the right edge. The scene appears to be a ceremonial honouring on stage.2011-02-13A photograph taken on a stage with a navy blue backdrop and cream furniture. A man with long dark hair, wearing an orange sleeveless top and orange dhoti-style garment, stands at right draped with a red-and-gold shawl over the shoulders of a shorter man in a white shirt and grey trousers, who bows with head lowered. The bow-receiving figure in orange is a probable Swamiji by appearance: long swept-back hair and orange ochre clothing, with the shawl placed as an honour. Behind them stands a man in white clothing. A vase of artificial flowers sits on a white pedestal at left, beside a microphone and a dark book. Visible text reads a and the source2010-09-05January 20 20102010-01-20October 20 20132013-10-20
