April 03 20182018-04-03A photograph of a person seen from behind, wearing a dark tied-up hairstyle with a rudraksha bead band across the forehead, a saffron-orange shawl draped over bare shoulders, a gold necklace and a ring. Both hands hold a gold-coloured ceremonial vessel with an ornate finial up against the face, with the head mostly hidden behind it. The background is an elaborate repoussé silver panel with scrolling floral motifs. One person is visible, presented in ritual setting, with the vessel held in a devotional gesture.2018-04-03A close photograph of a man in an orange-red saffron robe and a tall black dreadlocked turban decorated with rudraksha beads, holding a gold ceremonial object with both hands to his forehead. He wears a thick gold chain and a gold ring and a red thread bracelet, and has a white horizontal mark on his forehead. Ornate silver-toned columns and a deep red curtain frame the scene. The gold object resembles a ritual vessel or kalasha-like stand. Appearance-based candidate: Swamiji (probable), shown in person, with the turban, rudraksha, saffron robe and gold necklace as the distinguishing cues.2018-04-03April 03 20182018-04-03January 30 20162016-01-30April 03 20182018-04-03 +1 copiesMarch 07 20162016-03-07April 03 20182018-04-03September 10 20172017-09-10 +1 copiesJanuary 25 20162016-01-25January 14 20162016-01-14A photograph of a seated man with closed eyes and palms pressed together in anjali mudra, centred before an ornate silver repoussé backdrop. He wears a rust-red unstitched cloth over a bare upper torso, long gold chains around his neck, a red thread on the wrist, a black dreadlocked head wrap decorated with rudraksha beads, white tripundra marks and a red bindi on the forehead. He sits on a throne upholstered in leopard-print fabric with red trim. Appearance-based candidate: Swamiji (probable), identified by the long swept-back hair with rudraksha, ceremonial gold necklaces, ochre clothing and the throne, though the image alone cannot confirm identity.2018-04-03
