A man in a saffron-orange robe with a matching orange turban sits on the gilded throne with a leopard-print cushion, gesturing with his hands toward a group. Several children and young people sit cross-legged on the floor in saffron and orange garments, some in white, with hands folded near their faces, listening attentively. Ornate golden carved pillars flank the stage, with a portrait of a goddess above the throne, and two saffron-and-red decorated banners on poles stand behind the group. A standing air cooler is visible at the back.2016-07-18A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gold throne with carved lion-head armrests and a tiger-striped cushion, set against a painted backdrop of colourful deity figures holding weapons. The seated person wears an orange-brown cloth draped over one shoulder, with long dark hair, a tilak mark on the forehead, layered gold and beaded necklaces, bangles and an armlet. They hold a silver trident, a ceremonial staff with a trident-like top. A microphone stands to the left. The setting resembles a satsang stage. Two brass oil lamps stand in front of the altar, and brass plates of offerings rest on a patterned mat on the red stage floor.
