She wears a white kurta and white trousers with a blue-to-turquoise gradient shawl draped over her shoulders. Aerial roots and hanging vines drape around her, and a paved path with a low stone border runs in front of her across reddish earth. Green grass and fencing are visible in the background among the tree trunks. The setting suggests a practice performed at the banyan tree, possibly a stretching or yoga posture, but no ritual is clearly identifiable.2010-08-10 +1 copiesJuly 20 20102010-07-20June 17 20172017-06-17A young woman with long dark hair pulled back stands embracing the thick trunk of a banyan tree, her cheek resting against the bark and her eyes closed.
