A photograph of a street-side welcome beside a white car. A woman in an orange sari with a long white and multicoloured garland stands with hands folded in namaskar. Around her, a man in white dhoti and shirt with an orange shawl bends forward, and a young man in orange robes kneels at the car door. Other devotees in white and saffron clothing and a woman in a yellow and pink sari stand nearby, several with hands joined, and a child sits on the ground in pink. Some hold small offerings and flowers. The scene is an outdoor devotional greeting on a dusty road in front of a building.2009-01-18Photo of a welcome at an outdoor entrance with pale flooring scattered with flower petals. A long-haired figure in a saffron-orange robe with a red-and-white flower garland and a red bindi stands centre, smiling and extending a hand toward the crowd. Swamiji (probable): long swept-back hair, saffron robe and a flower garland. Around him, men in white dhotis and shirts and a man in beige shirt-and-trousers holding a silver tray with a kalasha-style vessel, red flowers and a green leaf greet the visitor. A white car and a building with columns stand behind, and a few more men in orange and white fill the background.2010-02-14December 27 20082008-12-27Outdoor photograph of a dirt path lined with devotees in white clothing pressing palms together in greeting. Around them, several men in white shirts and dhotis and a woman in a maroon and brown patterned sari with jasmine flowers in her hair look on. A woman in a red sari with a white flower garland in her hair holds a brass tray, and a silver tray with a coconut, betel leaves and flowers sits in the lower left. A dark car is parked behind the group, with flower petals scattered on the ground.2010-02-14November 25 20092009-11-25A photograph of an outdoor welcome on a dirt road beside a parked silver car. A smiling man with long dark hair wears an orange-saffron robe and a white and red flower garland, with red-beaded rudraksha malas at his neck, and reaches toward a man in white who bows low before him. Behind them, a woman in a white sari with gold border carries a brass kalasha pot with flowers and greenery, and another woman in white holds a tray of flowers. Men in white dhotis and orange shawls stand around, one holding a long red-handled staff with a silver trident-like top. A red and purple festival banner with pennants flutters above in a green tree-lined setting.2008-11-11August 03 20092009-08-03December 23 20092009-12-23Outdoor street photo of a crowd gathered around a central figure in an orange saffron robe wearing a long white, yellow and red flower garland. The figure has long dark hair and is smiling. Around them, men in white shirts and dhotis, one in a red shirt bending forward with hands together, and a man in a checked shirt. A figure in saffron-orange robes with a cream turban, wearing a long garland of white and red flowers and a gold-toned necklace, stands centre-left with hands clasped, smiling. A man in white kurta bows low to touch his feet, while a man in white stands at left and a man in a dark jacket with white shirt bends forward at right. Behind them, a woman in white sari with yellow shawl holds a brass tray of yellow and orange flowers with folded hands, and another woman in grey and sunglasses stands nearby. Red and yellow banners and a chain-link fence sit in the background under bright sunlight. The saffron-robed figure matches the probable Swamiji cues of a turban, saffron clothing and garlands.2008-12-30
