A temple shrine with gilded golden deity murtis of a male and female form draped in flower garlands, the male figure with a crown and trident-like emblem and the female in a purple sari. In the foreground a man in a saffron-orange robe with a rudraksha mala stands at a golden altar, holding a ritual implement over a white-draped seat where a small saffron-clad figure sits, with fruit, marigolds and kalasha-style offerings arranged around. Brass oil lamps stand on either side, and a large golden table is piled with yellow and red marigold garlands. Another orange-robed person stands at the left edge. Whether the man in orange is a person cannot be determined from appearance alone.2010-07-21A photograph of a golden-arched temple shrine open to the outdoors, with red curtains hung at the sides and tall brass oil lamps standing on both sides. Inside, a large deity murti of Shiva and Parvati sits in a niche, Shiva holding a trident and Parvati wearing a teal and gold sari, both draped in purple and yellow flower garlands. In front, a priest in an orange robe sits cross-legged on a raised platform, hands joined in prayer, beside a brass kalasha, a plate of offerings and fresh flowers.
