The man on the left has grey hair, glasses, a grey beard, white dhoti with a dark border, and a bare upper body with a sacred thread and wrist threads. The man on the right wears a white kurta with a pale green sleeveless vest and an orange-red shawl printed with script, smiling as he hands over a pink and white book. A large deity murti with a white face, orange body and yellow flower garlands stands behind the arch, with smaller colourful idols and a framed deity picture on the right. Three people are visible: a man in white dhoti and bare-chested shawl on the left with a bowl of fruit and orange offerings, a man in a white dhoti and light lavender-gold shawl on the right, with a tripundra mark on his forehead, receiving a fruit from the first man, and an older man in cream dhoti at the far left edge. Fruit, a plate of bananas and oranges, and small offerings sit on a wooden table, and a carpet with floral patterns covers the floor. The scene reads as a puja offering at a shrine.2024-02-27A photograph of an indoor temple shrine with gold-framed arch and gold-brocade walls. A bare-chested man in white dhoti with sacred ash marks on his chest and arms, wearing glasses and a rudraksha-style mala, smiles while a older man in a blue-and-white checked shirt and glasses holds his hands together near a brass oil lamp (deepam) with a lit flame. Behind them stands a dark deity murti in blue silk with gold crown and ornaments, and a golden kalasha-style figure stands at right.
