February 22 20242024-02-22Three people in a photo: a seated figure on an ornate golden lotus-petal throne draped with a tiger-striped cloth, wearing a maroon and orange turban, red-and-gold garments and a heavy multi-strand garland of yellow marigolds and pink flowers, with a rudraksha mala and gold necklaces. A white-bearded man in a cream kurta with white and red forehead markings stands at left, extending a tray holding fruit, apples and a printed picture of a temple to the seated figure. At right, a woman in an orange saree and rudraksha beads receives the tray, which carries apples and marigolds. The seated figure has distinctive long-hair-free adornments and ceremonial garments consistent with the presentation cues, so this is a probable Swamiji (probable) appearance in person, shown receiving an offering during a visit.2024-01-21Two people stand before a golden statue on a gilded throne with a cobra hood canopy and a tiger skin at its base. A man in a yellow striped shirt and a woman in an orange sari with rudraksha mala beads hand over a book titled "United States of Kailasa" with a gold cover. The seated statue wears a red turban, pink and white garlands, and ornate necklaces. A framed portrait of a saint with a white beard hangs on the left wall. Two people visible in the photograph.2024-02-23Two smiling women sit in front of a bright yellow wall with gold ornamental decor. On the left, a young woman in an orange saffron sari and beaded necklaces, with a red dot on her forehead, holds out cash and a slip of paper. Seated on the right, an older woman in a olive-green sari, black-rimmed glasses, a red bindi, rudraksha mala and bangles accepts the money. Behind them stands a gold lion-form pillar and a gold ornate throne with a seven-hooded cobra canopy. Red and gold cushions sit on the seat, and a cardboard cutout of a bearded figure in saffron with a turban and gold necklaces is set beside the throne, a printed image rather than a physical person.2021-06-01Photo 11691910 +1 copiesApril 04 20112011-04-04Photo 11739400Two women stand and sit before a gold-painted wall beside a golden lion-form throne with a five-headed cobra canopy. The standing woman on the left wears an orange sari, a white forehead band and a red bindi, and hands over a small stack of banknotes. The seated woman in a mustard-yellow sari, dark-rimmed glasses, a rudraksha mala, red bangles and a white forehead mark receives the money with both hands. To the right stands a cardboard cutout of a bearded man in a saffron-red turban and ornate gold necklaces, seated with one hand raised, in front of marigold-and-green garlands draped over the throne back. No printed caption is visible on the cutout.2021-06-01April 30 20172017-04-30 +1 copiesJuly 29 20072007-07-29Photo 11691917 +2 copiesJanuary 11 20152015-01-11
