Photograph of an outdoor stage event under a purple canopy with marigold garlands hung along the back. On the right, a man in saffron-orange robes, an orange turban and a rudraksha mala holds a microphone and speaks from an ornate red-and-white throne. Beside him, a bearded man in orange sits on a red-cushioned chair with a folded hand gesture. Further left, several men in orange robes sit on gilded chairs, one with long dark hair and another in an orange headwrap. A man in a white shirt stands in the background near the tent edge, and trees and onlookers fill the left side.2007-08-09Outdoor ceremony on a raised yellow-skirted stage with a white-draped table in front. Several saffron-robed men sit in gold-framed chairs with red cushions under a purple backdrop hung with marigold and yellow flower garlands. On the right, an elderly man with white hair and a white beard sits on an ornate red-and-white throne, wearing saffron robes. Beside him, a man in an orange turban and saffron robes gestures with a hand. Further left, a bearded man in orange robes and a shaved-headed monk in orange sit at the table. A figure in a long-haired orange robe sits in the centre-left, and a man with long grey hair in a light robe sits at far left. Some men in orange turbans appear in the background. On the left a man in a rust-red robe holds a microphone and speaks with his hands joined. In the centre an elderly bearded man wears an orange turban and orange robe. On the right an older bearded man in an orange robe sits with hands folded. Behind them a large orange backdrop shows enlarged portrait photographs: one labelled as Paramahamsa Nithyananda is not legible, and a bearded man in an orange turban appears at centre, with a framed portrait at upper right. Three people are visible on the dais. The left figure has the ornate gold-and-rudraksha presentation of a candidate, but his appearance is uncertain and the backdrop portraits are depictions, so the person on stage is set as unsure.2014-01-14December 31 20092009-12-31December 31 20092009-12-31August 09 20072007-08-09A photograph of seated saffron-robed figures on a stage at a public event. Two ornate gold thrones with red velvet cushions sit behind them, and a draped golden cloth hangs above. In the centre, a man with long swept-back dark hair and an orange shawl sits behind a microphone, gesturing with his hand. Beside him, a younger man wears an orange turban, orange robes and long dark hair, with rudraksha beads visible around his neck. Further right, a bald man in glasses and orange robes sits by a white pillar. Water bottles and glasses sit on a table draped with flowers, and a red-and-white cloth edges the foreground. Three people are visible on stage, with a fourth partially visible at the far left edge.2007-12-30September 11 20152015-09-11 +1 copiesDecember 31 20092009-12-31
