December 18 20172017-12-18A dark stone murti of a seated deity is elaborately decorated for worship, wearing a brown and gold turban, red and gold jewelled necklaces, and a white and gold dhoti-style garment. Its raised hand is in abhaya mudra. Dense garlands of marigolds in yellow, orange, red and green frame the shrine on both sides and along the base. Brass oil lamps stand on either side, and a small figure in front, partly covered by a red garland, is also decorated with jewelled necklaces and a brown turban. The scene appears to be a festive shrine decoration. No living people are clearly visible; a partially visible figure in white at the left edge is sitting in the background.2017-12-18December 20 20172017-12-20 +3 copiesA dark blue stone deity murti of Shiva stands in a shrine heavily decorated with layered garlands of red, white, yellow, purple and green flowers wrapped around the pillars and figure.
