At the centre, a raised circular platform holds a deity murti or image in a red-backed niche framed by silver-foil backdrop and green foliage. In front, a brass puja setup with offering plates of fruit and flowers, lit oil lamps and kalasha-style vessels is attended by people in white. Participants sit on mats and cushions, and a few people in orange or saffron-toned clothing move near the altar. A puja or padapuja appears to be underway. Curtains, hanging vines and a painted ceiling frame the hall. The crowd is large, so the count is a broad range.2012-12-25A large indoor hall with a raised circular dais draped with curtains and a silver backdrop, where a central figure sits on a red throne-like seat beneath a decorative umbrella. Attendants in white dhotis and red-bordered shawls stand around him, and a kalasha and fruit offerings sit on a tiered puja arrangement on the floor in front. Dozens of seated devotees in white and red clothing fill the foreground, with some in saffron and green saris, facing the dais in a ritual gathering, possibly a puja or darshan. Photographers and cameras are visible on the sides and the background is lit with festive greenery.2012-12-16Elevated overhead photo of a large indoor hall with a checkered marble floor and tall pillars. On a raised wooden platform at the top, a figure in an ornate red-and-gold throne receives offerings, with flower arrangements and brass lamps on the dais. Hundreds of seated devotees in white clothes with red-and-orange shawls fill the floor in neat rows, many holding papers or notebooks, facing the stage. A small decorated Christmas-style tree stands near the center aisle, and a screen and speakers are visible at the sides.2012-12-22A large satsang hall with a seated teacher on a red-cushioned throne at the centre, wearing an orange robe with rudraksha malas and a gold-coloured necklace, with a microphone stand before him. Around him sit a dense crowd of devotees on the floor on coloured mats; many wear white dhotis or saffron and orange clothing with red and orange shawls, and some women wear orange saris. Small brass oil lamps and offerings sit on the mats in front. Large portraits of the teacher hang on the walls and screens above show him, and white chairs and draped tables line the room edges. Some seated people appear shirtless and wear sacred threads. The teacher sits as a discourse leader, but identity is not established by appearance alone.2017-08-05October 09 20102010-10-09October 07 20172017-10-07A wide view of a large hall during a seated puja gathering.
