A red and orange mala is worn around the neck, and the hair is tied up in a bun. Blurred brass lamps, a kalasha-like vessel and a bell-shaped object stand on the shrine behind, with a red cloth hanging at the right edge. The gesture suggests a reverent prostration or touching of a sacred stone, and no clear visible name or caption appears on the person. The appearance is consistent with a devotee or sannyasi, but the face and identity are not established from the image.2011-02-02February 24 20132013-02-24January 23 20132013-01-23May 25 20132013-05-25A man in an orange saffron garment with a long rudraksha mala draped over his shoulder bends forward and rests his forehead on a carved grey stone step or plinth, one hand extended to touch the stone.
