A photograph of a stage at a temple-style hall with deep red drapes. Centre, a seated figure in saffron-orange robes, a red-orange turban and a gold necklace sits with palms pressed together in front of a silver-framed backdrop, before a golden bull (Nandi-style) throne. Flanking the centre are two golden thrones with garlands and coloured canopies, and a golden figure stands at the right. On the left, a man in saffron dhoti with bare upper back stands tending oil lamps and offerings near a garland-draped seat. Small lamps and flowers lie on the stage edge. Printed copyright text and a logo are overlaid at lower right, which I do not transcribe.2017-12-01A photograph of a festival stage at a temple-style hall with a dark curtained backdrop and a fan on the ceiling. On the left, a man in an orange-brown dhoti and an unadorned upper body, wearing a beaded necklace, smiles and raises one hand in greeting beside a gilded vahana-style figure of a peacock-like bird mounted on a cart with red wheels, draped with garlands of red, white and green flowers. In the centre, an empty ornate throne is decorated with arches of marigold and white flower garlands and a tiger-skin carpet on its gold base. On the right, two deity murti figures in pink and blue silk sit under a gilded arch wreathed with garlands. A red and gold patterned carpet covers the floor.2013-04-17 +1 copiesAugust 28 20142014-08-28A seated figure in saffron-orange robes with a red-and-orange garland sits with palms joined in namaskar on a gold-and-red ornate throne on a raised stage. The seated figures are richly decorated life-size murtis dressed in jewelled garments, one wearing a green turban and gold necklaces, another in a tall jewelled crown. Brass oil lamps, a kalasha, bells and a small offering tray stand on a yellow cloth at the front, and a carved wooden screen stands to the right.2016-09-15A photograph of a temple-style stage set up for worship with a large gold-and-red throne at centre, draped in a red cushion, with a golden umbrella canopy above and flower garlands on the deity figures. On the left, a single figure in a saffron-orange robe stands on an orange cloth with long dark hair, bowing with hands raised. Flanking the throne are gilded thrones holding deity murti adorned with garlands, a gold palanquin-style stand and gold lion-shaped carvings. A faded temple-gate backdrop and a blue curtain frame the stage, and a light panel is mounted overhead.2010-11-23A photograph of a single man with long dark hair standing barefoot in a red sannyasi cloth, his palms pressed together in namaskar before a golden altar with deity murti garlanded in flowers. Beside him a large golden throne with red cushions stands under a golden canopy, its frame garlanded with marigolds and purple blossoms, with a microphone on a stand in front of it. Gold lion figures and ornate gilded panels frame the scene, and a painted temple backdrop fills the wall. A rug covers the floor. The man appears to be the a person by hair and red attire, but the cues are limited, so the assessment is uncertain.2010-11-20A photograph of a stage set for a satsang, with a seated figure in orange robes on an ornate gold throne with red cushions. The figure sits cross-legged with palms pressed together in namaste, bare-headed and wearing a rudraksha mala. Gold lion and mythical animal figures flank the stage, and a temple-gateway backdrop is painted behind. A flat screen shows the same scene with the copyright credit. The floor has red and blue carpets.2010-11-12November 29 20172017-11-29 +1 copiesNovember 11 20172017-11-11 +1 copiesNovember 28 20172017-11-28 +1 copies
