The portrait shows a smiling bearded man in a red turban, ornate gold necklaces, rudraksha-style beads and a raised hand, adorned with garlands of yellow and pink flowers. Beside it stands a gilded deity murti decorated with red and gold cloth, a golden canopy shrine holding fruit, and a small brass figure in the lower left wrapped in gold ornaments. The woman is the only physical person visible; the portrait is a depiction on paper.2021-04-18A golden ornate sunburst-style backdrop frames a life-size cutout standing on a red velvet throne-like seat inside a temple shrine. The cutout shows a smiling bearded man in a rust-brown turban with a gold-coloured ornament, a tiered garland of yellow flowers, a gold necklace and rudraksha-style beads, raising one hand in blessing. A small figure in red stands in front of the cutout, and a hand from the left holds a brass plate of flower petals with a lit oil lamp. The cutout is set against gold curtains, with a tiger-striped cloth covering a low table in front. Below it, a pink silk cloth holds a pair of wooden padukas decorated with white and pink flowers and marigold petals scattered around. The printed figure is a depiction, not a physical person, and the page does not place a person at this event.2022-02-08A photograph of a priest in saffron cloth with a bare upper body performing puja in a small shrine.
