Three people stand before the shrine in devotion: a man in a white shirt on the left, a man in white dhoti with a yellow shawl lighting or offering at the altar, and a person in orange robes with long hair on the right with hands folded. Brass lamps with flames, brass stands and a sandstone carved pillared structure surround the shrine, with orange cloth hanging to the left.2010-07-07A temple shrine scene with a golden arched frame and green backdrop, housing a pair of deity murtis seated on a dark pedestal, the central figure adorned with red garlands and a crown, the companion figure in a blue-green garment with a gold crown. Several robed people in orange and maroon attire stand around the shrine: one in a dark red dhoti with bare shoulders and white forehead marking holds a small bowl, another in saffron-orange holds a book and gestures, and a third in an orange-red garment stands at the right. A small figure in a dark red robe stands in a niche at right with folded hands. Brass lamps and a metal vessel sit on a side table, and tall brass oil lamps stand at the edges. Small figures stand near the shrine base, with a metal ritual object at the front. This appears to be a puja or abhishekam at the shrine.2013-06-25Inside a stone temple shrine, a deity murti seated on a throne is decorated with a gold arch, teal drape, garlands and a large necklace. Lit brass oil lamps stand on the altar. Two priests in saffron-orange dhotis face the shrine; the one at left presses his palms together, while the one at right, bare-backed with a bare head, has hands raised in worship. A standing attendant in orange touches the deity's altar area, and other murtis flank the shrine, with a plate of offerings on the stone platform.2016-01-24A temple shrine interior with a priest in a red-brown dhoti and bare upper body raising a lit camphor flame toward a golden-framed deity murti seated on a throne. The murti wears red and gold garments, heavy beaded necklaces and a crown, with marigold and rose garlands draped over it. Brass oil lamps stand on either side of the altar, and a woman in a red sari with white flower garland stands at the right edge facing the shrine with hands clasped. A second golden figure stands at the right with layered beaded necklaces. Dark granite walls with carved details frame the scene.2014-10-31A man in orange saffron robes performs an aarti with a flaming lamp before a Shiva lingam decorated with red, yellow and white flower garlands. Behind the lingam stand two deity murtis of crowned figures with ornate jewellery and garlands. Brass oil lamps flank the altar, and a copper-red cloth lies draped at the base. Stone pillars with carved details frame the open shrine at night, and offerings sit on a plate in front of the lingam.2007-02-16
