Several men sit on white cloth and a red carpet in a circle. Most wear saffron-orange robes; a bald man in a saffron shawl over a maroon top sits in the foreground. A man with long dark hair, a rudraksha mala and bare chest sits centre-right in saffron clothing, while others wear white kurtas and a white turban. A standing figure in orange bends over at the back right.2013-02-15February 15 20132013-02-15A photograph inside a thatched bamboo hut with woven walls and a pale cloth-covered floor, where several sadhus in saffron and orange robes sit in conversation. A man with long dark hair and rudraksha mala beads sits at left-centre in orange, while a bald man in orange sits on the far left in discussion. An elderly bearded sadhu with white hair sits cross-legged at right in orange, and a seated figure in a red shawl occupies the lower right. A young man in a white shirt sits near a small table with papers and boxes. A calendar hangs on the wall at upper right. The setting suggests an akhada camp at a Kumbh Mela.2013-02-15Interior of a thatched hut with bamboo-and-reed walls and a white sheet spread on the floor. Several seated men in saffron and orange robes gather in a row. The foreground man, shaved-headed, holds a mobile phone to his ear and wears a yellow-orange shawl over a maroon top. Next to him a bearded man in orange sits with a rudraksha mala. Two seated figures in orange cloth with orange head wraps sit near the center. At the right, a man with long dark hair and a rudraksha mala sits beside a man in white shirt and a seated man in brown-orange robes. A person in red and orange stands at the right edge, partly cropped, with a white bag visible. A small devotional setup and a lantern-like light appear in the background.2013-02-15April 21 20162016-04-21Inside a thatched bamboo hut with a bare bulb overhead, a long-haired man in flowing saffron robes stands speaking, holding a small object in one hand, while a shaved-headed man in orange robes stands at right with a black bag. Around them, several saffron-robed sadhus and sannyasis sit on a white cloth floor, some with beads and rudraksha malas, one with a white beard. A seated woman in orange with a beaded necklace gestures, and papers, cloth bundles and a white box rest on the floor. The scene looks like an informal gathering of holy men.2013-02-15February 15 20132013-02-15February 15 20132013-02-15 +2 copiesAugust 22 20062006-08-22Indoor photo of a seated group on a patterned floor mat against pink walls with barred windows. Several saffron-robed sadhus sit in a row. In the centre, a man wearing an orange-brown turban, a long gold-beaded necklace and bangles and a brown robe with gold border is speaking and gesturing, which marks him as a person candidate, though the page does not place him at this event. A white-bearded man in orange raises a hand at right, and a bald man in a maroon robe with gold border sits with his back to the camera. Pink cushions and a wall switch are visible.2016-04-21September 21 20152015-09-21
