Photograph of a procession walking through a stone-walled passage lined with orange and red cloth at a temporary pavilion. A central figure with long dark hair, a red-and-white flower garland, gold necklaces and an orange-saffron garment raises one hand in blessing as he walks. Around him, several shaven-headed men in saffron and orange robes with gold-bordered cloth and rudraksha malas walk alongside. Two men in white dhoti with gold borders and a man in a red jacket stand to the right. In the background, an ornate golden deity murti under a decorated canopy and hanging lights mark a shrine area, with a few other people in white and orange clothes nearby. Stone carvings frame the entrance.2013-02-05May 29 20152015-05-29June 23 20142014-06-23 +3 copiesA procession of men walks through a long temple corridor lined with ornately carved stone pillars and hanging colourful decorative banners, under a row of illuminated lamps. In the centre, a man in orange-red robes with a long white jasmine garland, gold necklace, rudraksha mala and sandalwood forehead marks walks barefoot holding hands with an elderly sannyasi in saffron cloth and white garland. Men in orange dhotis and devotees in white and red-bordered dhotis walk alongside, one with a raised arm. The swami in the centre has long hair, which may support a person identification; he is sometimes described as a person but the cue is not decisive, so the field is unsure. Around 20 people are visible, most in white or saffron clothing.2012-06-05A central figure in a maroon-brown robe wears a long garland of white, pink and red flowers with green leaves, plus rudraksha beads and a gold ceremonial necklace, and smiles while raising one hand in greeting as he walks through a crowd. Around him, young men in orange-saffron cloths walk with bare chests and some carry rudraksha malas, while a man in a white dhoti and gold-bordered shawl walks at the left and people in white and orange clothing stand behind a pink and white tent canopy. Some people press their palms together in namaskar at the right edge.2017-07-08May 20 20122012-05-20 +1 copiesA photograph inside a temple corridor with stone pillars and a colourful painted ceiling.
