A man with long, swept-back dark hair and a red bindi walks barefoot down a red-carpeted aisle wearing a sleeveless saffron-orange robe and a long black rudraksha mala. Rows of white plastic chairs line both sides, filled with seated attendees, many wearing white headbands and white clothing. He holds a golden ceremonial staff topped with a trident-like finial in his left hand. Behind him hangs a maroon drape with scalloped valance and colourful woven tassels.
