A smiling figure in a red-orange turban and matching saffron-red robes sits on an ornate silver throne-like chariot, decorated with repoussé floral and scroll patterns. He wears layered rudraksha-style beaded malas, a large gold pendant necklace, and a white, yellow and blue garland with red roses. His right hand grips a silver trident with a red bindi-marked tip, and his left hand rests on the silver frame. Dark trees and string lights appear at night in the background.2015-11-21November 21 20152015-11-21A man in a maroon-red turban and maroon-red robes stands at night before an ornate embossed silver panel with floral scrollwork. He wears a multi-strand gold bead mala, a large gold pendant, and a long garland of white flowers with blue, red and yellow ribbon. He holds a silver trident staff upright with one hand and smiles. Strings of lights and a tinselled orange wall appear at the right edge.2015-11-21A man seated on an ornately embossed silver palanquin or throne at night, smiling broadly. He wears a maroon-brown turban with a red bindi, a maroon robe with gold-edged borders and a gold waist sash, and layered rudraksha-style beads with ceremonial gold necklaces. He holds a silver trident (trishul) upright beside him. Behind him are green lawn and red-and-green string lights. The person has long, swept-back presentation cues absent here; the turban, adornments and trident are distinctive, so this is a person in person.2015-11-21A man seated on an ornate gilded throne with lion-head armrests and a golden trident leaning at the left edge, set against a deep red backdrop. He wears a rust-red turban with a round silver-white emblem, a red-orange robe, a brown rudraksha mala and a long gold necklace with a pendant. He smiles, hands folded in his lap, with a black object resting on his knee. Appearance cues include a turban, saffron-toned robes, rudraksha beads and ceremonial gold, so this is a person presence seated as a figure of honour on the throne. He wears a rust-orange turban with gold and jewelled ornaments, an orange-red robe draped over a bare shoulder, and a long rudraksha mala. A silver trident stands beside him and a golden lion-form armrest is at right. He is smiling and seated as if addressing an audience. Swamiji (probable): the orange robe, ornate turban and rudraksha mala are the cues, and he is seated on the throne in the role of teacher, with a headset microphone visible.2014-05-24 +2 copiesMay 04 20142014-05-04May 04 20142014-05-04Night procession scene: a smiling man in a red-maroon turban and maroon-red robe sits on an ornate silver-embossed palanquin or throne with floral and foliate relief panels. He wears a multi-strand gold necklace and a gold pendant, holds a silver trident-like staff upright in his right hand, and a gold-yellow cloth border shows at his waist. Around the palanquin, blurred devotees and attendants in white, orange and saffron clothing crowd the foreground, some with white forehead markings. Behind them, multicoloured string lights and red, green and blue bulbs glow in the dark. Appearance-based: a person sits on the silver palanquin, identified by a turban, gold ornaments and staff; he is a ceremonial figure being carried or displayed in procession.2015-11-21November 21 20152015-11-21November 21 20152015-11-21May 27 20152015-05-27
