A seated man in maroon robes, a rudraksha mala with a gold necklace, and white tripundra on his forehead holds a small lamp-like object and gestures toward a kneeling man with bare upper body in orange-red cloth and a rudraksha mala, who holds his palms together. A silver staff stands beside them and a microphone is in front. Two physical people are visible.2016-05-21May 21 20162016-05-21October 02 20142014-10-02A photograph on a stage with red curtains and a leopard-print mat. A bald man in white kurta-pants and an orange shawl kneels on the mat, hands joined in namaskar toward a seated figure. The seated figure has long dark hair, a bare chest, orange dhoti, gold armband and gold necklace, and sits on an ornate gold-trimmed throne with carved golden lion-like heads. A woman in a green sari with red border stands at left holding a red folder, and another person in white head covering is partly visible behind the throne. Swamiji (probable) cues: long hair, bare-chested with gold ornaments and orange dhoti on a throne. Red cloth and papers lie on a side table near the throne.2012-12-12A seated figure in a saffron-orange robe over a red top sits on an ornate gilded throne with red patterned cushions, a red bindi on the forehead and long dark hair. A man in a white t-shirt and a beaded necklace bends forward with his hands near the seated figure's lap, apparently in an act of reverence. Behind them are a green leafy backdrop and a floral arrangement of purple orchids, pink and white flowers. A Swamiji (probable) label applies based on the saffron robe, long swept-back hair, and the gilded throne setting, so the seated figure is marked as a probable in-person candidate.2008-10-19A young boy in white dhoti with gold border kneels with hands pressed together in namaskar on a red carpet. A seated man on a brown leather throne-style chair wears saffron-red robes with gold borders, a white flower garland with red blooms, and a rudraksha mala; he extends his right hand to rest on the boy's head in blessing. An orange cloth-draped side table holds a small vessel. A white standing fan stands at left, and an ornate red-and-gold altar with deity images is visible in the background. Two people are visible.2015-08-18Indoor photo of a seated saint on a red-upholstered throne with a gilded golden backdrop. He wears an orange-saffron robe, a gold-beaded mala and a gold waist belt, with a red bindi on his forehead, and his eyes are closed. A younger man in a white t-shirt and black trousers kneels or leans forward, holding the saint's hands with a blue wristband on his arm. To the left, a bald man with white and red forehead markings and a gold necklace wears a maroon-and-gold dhoti. White lilies and green foliage decorate the setting, and a few onlookers sit in the background.2012-12-22A photograph of a seated figure in an orange-red shawl over a saffron garment, wearing a beaded rudraksha-style necklace with gold beads and a red bindi, with long swept-back dark hair; this figure is on an ornate gold-and-red throne with velvet cushions against red drapes. Before them a man in a white short-sleeved shirt and white trousers kneels on the red platform, his back to the camera, with an orange-red cloth draped over his shoulders, receiving the seated figure's gesture. Probable Swamiji cues: long swept-back hair, saffron/orange clothing, rudraksha-style beaded necklace, seated on a gold throne. The scene is a devotee receiving blessing during a seated programme.2013-05-19A seated figure in an orange-saffron robe and a long white and orange flower garland sits on a white-covered sofa in a room with red and lime-green curtains. A rudraksha mala hangs at the chest and the figure's hair is long and swept back. A man in white ritual clothes kneels on the carpet, bending forward to touch the seated person's feet, while a standing attendant in orange-saffron cloth with a gold necklace and a round fan-like headpiece holds a position beside him. A cushion and a beige armchair sit at the left edge.2011-05-23
