Ingredients

1. Basmati Rice - 1 cup 2. Water - 2 cups 3. Ghee (or Butter) - 2 tbsp 4. Salt - 1 tsp 5. Curd (Unsweetened) - 1 1/4 cups 6. Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp 7. Carrot grated - 1 8. Coriander leaves - handful Preparation

1. Make rice in the usual way, letter water evaporate thoroughly.

2. Spread the boiled rice on a flat plate.

3. Add the ghee (or butter) and salt and mix carefully.

4. When the rice cools down, add the yogurt and ginger paste and mix well.

5. Garnish with grated carrots and coriander leaves.
